Provenance: Historic 9th

This unique treasure was formerly built in 1922 as the University Club then merged in 2000, with the Kansas City Club.  Epoch rescued this structure in summer 2015 and has converted it to a premium social environment to better serve downtown and broader KC's and local urban demand.

Historic 9th District - KCC is fortunate to have garage parking on three sides on the very cozy one-way Baltimore Avenue with streetscaping trees and gardens in place.
